“Recently you came to our home to conduct an AC Inspection. I wanted to write to you to thank you for the considerable amount of time you spent with Jassen and I. You may recall that our system is quite old and may never have been serviced. Jassen and I bought our home last year, it was in sever disrepair and we have spent a considerable amount of time and money to make it habitable.
